Tenacity Creative was founded by Debbie Etchison, a strategic communications pro with a passion for technology and entertainment. With more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Debbie has directed regional and national media outreach campaigns, social media engagement initiatives, advocacy and public affairs programs for a diverse spectrum of clients. Key client experience includes: Sony Electronics, Belkin, Pfizer, Philips North America, Medtronic, Bank of America, Spark Networks and Cox Enterprises.
A former journalist, she has extensive experience working with top-tier national, regional and local media outlets, including Forbes, The New York Times, USA Today, the LA Times, Associated Press, Bloomberg and the LA Business Journal. Debbie has worked in senior leadership roles at several of the top global agencies, including Hill + Knowlton Strategies and Weber Shandwick.
Debbie also is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, whose feature-length documentary entitled “War & Truth,” received international broadcast distribution and U.S. DVD distribution. She organized media and influencer events in Washington, D.C. on behalf of AmericanLife TV for publicity surrounding a documentary produced by George Clooney about Darfur.
